Addressed the regulatory requirements in three (3) areas: (1) Liquidity Policy and Compliance, (2) Stress and Scenario Testing and (3) Liquidity Reporting. Liaison between the business units of Treasury, Operations and Finance, the Steering Committee and the information technology services department. Major initiative was the Liquidity Reporting Requirements imposed by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), which proposed substantial overall reform to liquidity reporting. Solution was developed looking at best practices and how the client stacked up to its peer organizations. Solution leveraged an in-house as opposed to off the shelf products and included data gathering from a host of source systems, then the data was aggregated and then sent to a centralized data warehouse for processing with the FSA.
